Chronic Care
Initial Consultation
- The initial consultation for chronic care takes between 1.5 - 2 hours. The initial consultation is extremely thorough, touching upon the physical symptoms, the main complaints, recurring acute illnesses, and the personal history of the client. The analysis for the initial consultation is also thorough and may take a few days to complete. During this time, I review my notes, analyze the totality of the symptoms, and select a remedy that matches the unique symptom picture of the client.
Chronic Care
Follow-up Consultation
- Follow-up consultations occur once every 4-6 weeks, and they are shorter than the initial consultation. (Length: 45-60 minutes). The purpose of the follow-up is to check-in with the client, assess the action of the remedy, and see if any adjustments are needed. Regular follow-ups are necessary for optimum care. If the client does not follow-up or check-in with the homeopath for more than two months, it may be necessary to do a full consultation once care is re-instated.
Acute care
Acute Consultation
- An acute illness is a self-limiting disease that resolves in 7-10 days. An acute consultation includes a 20–30-minute call, the remedy recommendation, and support for five days. (The homeopathic medicine must be purchased separately). If the acute issue requires care in the evenings or during the weekend, there will be an additional 20% charge.
